The response time will be 20 business days based on the official calendar published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación), counted from receipt of the corresponding ARCO rights request. If the request is admissible, it will take effect within the 15 business days following the date on which the response is communicated. The term may be extended once per request, for an additional period of up to 15 business days, provided that CREAMEDIC justifies such extension, which must be notified to you before the expiration of the original term.
The response to your request will be sent through the same means by which it was received, that is, by email.

If you do not respond within that term, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted. Conversely, once the request for information has been addressed, the term for CREAMEDIC to respond to your request will begin on the day the request for additional information was fulfilled.
If you do not receive a response from us, or if it is unsatisfactory, you have a period of 15 business days to turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance) and request that a rights protection procedure be initiated.
